You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and fitting eyewear, interpreting prescriptions, and providing advice on eyewear options.

• Leads and delivers exceptional care, supporting patients and customers to make appropriate choices.

• Provides knowledge for patients with more specialist requirements.

• Be a qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician or in the process of becoming a QDO.

• To be able to provide excellent customer care and professional excellence.

• Understanding and a good knowledge of different frames and lenses.

• Focus on clinical excellence.

• Proof of work in the UK
