  • Dispense hearing aids to customers with hearing loss, ensuring that their needs are fully met.

  • Provide expert advice and aftercare services to customers, ensuring they understand their hearing aids and how to use them effectively.

  • Conduct hearing tests and assessments to determine the best course of action for each individual.

  • Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring every client has a positive and professional experience.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in line with regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the team to ensure optimal patient care.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.

  • Take responsibility for managing and troubleshooting any technical issues with hearing aids or equipment.
