Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for eyecare and eyewear solutions? Join a leading Optical/Audiology company based in Kent.  You will need strong leadership and management skills to support colleagues in-store. As an Assistant Dispensing Manager, your responsibilities will include: -

  • Creating a positive work environment and ensuring the store meets business objectives 

  • Leading, motivating, and managing a team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and service delivery 

  • Maintaining accurate customer records and prescriptions, and providing tailored product recommendations 

  • You will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of optometrists, hearing aid audiologists and optical assistants to ensure the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.

  • Customer Journey: Ensure an exceptional customer journey by maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere, addressing patient inquiries and concerns, and ensuring timely and accurate service.

  • Proven experience in an optical role, preferably as a supervisor or team leader.

  • Solid understanding of practice operations, industry regulations, and business development.

  • Must be GOC Registered

  • Professional demeanour and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
